About this role

Project Manager

Experience within the Construction Industry, responsible for the Project Management of the Companies Projects and Works. Projects will vary in size and client types will vary accordingly. You will be involved with preparing documentation and materials prior to project commencement, delivering briefing to Site Manager/Site Supervisor, constant support during the project, client liaison throughout the project, ensuring completion on time.

The hours worked will generally be Monday to Friday. Some site locations which are further away from home may see the need to stay overnight or may see the need to travel to and from site outside of normal working hours/days.

Based from Scunthorpe Permanent position Mon-Fri Salary £30K-£40K

Ensure all aspects of projects are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. Update office on a regular basis covering all live works to allow for opportunities of additional labour, materials, programme changes etc

Duties & Key Responsibilities:

Act as the company’s representative on site and present a positive brand image to the client at all times Provide regular client contact throughout projects Ensure jobs are completed on time, within specification and on budget Ensure all personnel on site perform their duties to a high standard Ensure Environment, health and safety are adhered to at all times, checking welfare facilities for both suitability and presentation Ensure all personnel on site are working safely Ensure you keep on top of your paperwork, reports and submissions Ensure ample stocks of materials to allow project to continue seamlessly Ability to work as part of a team and be able to use own initiative. Ability to work to deadlines CSCS Gold Card SMSTS essential Driving licence essential Identify potential issues and implement changes to avoid these from developing Ability to motivate others and manage different personalities Excellent leadership skills Develop a professional working relationship with clients and seek out further opportunities Undertake any further training where necessary Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
