Proposal/Bid/Tender Coordinator and Administrator
We are assisting a leading local company as they look to recruit a new Bid/Proposal/Tender Coordinator.
Based in Wakefield
Salary £20K p.a.
The role will involve
Preparations of submissions for tenders relating to construction and civil engineering projects.
Analysis of PQQ/RFI and ITT/RTP documents
Ensure client requirements are addressed
Create and prepare proposals along guidelines.
Liaise with other staff regarding technical questions and tender documentation
Experience on bid submissions and invitations to tender preferably within the construction industry.
Ability to prioritise, organise and work to deadlines.
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken including IT experience (Adobe InDesign is essential)
Good attention to detail, problem solving and analytical thinking.
