Job Title: Site Labourer/Driver
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer/Driver to join a well‑established, family‑run business that manufactures and supplies high‑quality fencing products to both trade customers and the general public. This role combines general site labouring duties with driving responsibilities across a wide area.
Key Details
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
- Contract: Temporary to Permanent
- Start Date: Available immediately
- Location: Based in Scotter, with varying sites of work (driving duties covering Scarborough to Boston area)
- Breaks: 30‑minute lunch and two 15‑minute breaks (8 hours paid per day)
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the installation and maintenance of fencing and related site works
- General site labouring duties as required
- Driving to and from sites across the Scarborough–Boston area
- Supporting skilled trades on site
- Ensuring health and safety standards are followed
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid UK driving licence
- No previous driving bans (due to insurance requirements)
- Previous site labouring experience
- Ability to travel to different work locations
- Strong work ethic and reliability
