Being able to share my experience and help others develop is incredibly rewarding, especially when I see them progressing towards a bright and successful future.

Lucy Hame – Apprentice Coach

As an Apprenticeship Coach, I’m passionate about supporting learners to grow in confidence, develop their skills, and achieve their goals. I thrive in a varied role where I can work closely with individuals and employers, providing guidance, structure, and encouragement throughout the apprenticeship journey.

With over eight years’ experience in administration and learner support – including more than six years coordinating placements – I bring a highly organised and proactive approach to progress reviews, compliance, and employer liaison. I’m committed to helping learners overcome barriers, stay on track, and successfully progress in their careers.

Seeing apprentices build confidence and move towards a positive future is what makes my role so rewarding.

Hi I’m Lisa, I’m the Project lead for Proud to Care, the focus on the project is to get people back into the care sector. The thing I enjoy most about my role is meeting different people and taking them through the PTC journey, and then securing them a position with a provider.
