We also research and connect you with the right training provider and course, set up and manage your apprentice account, and handle the government paperwork on your behalf.
Our joined-up approach brings the apprentice, training provider and your business together, ensuring academic, personal and professional goals are met.
Our mentors provide ongoing support through regular check-ins and performance reviews, involving both you and the training provider. Mentoring can be delivered in person or online, offering flexibility and consistency throughout the journey. And if you are not able to offer employment at the end of an apprenticeship, we can step in to support with the next steps.
How much does it cost?
With a simple set fee, which reduces if you take on multiple apprentices, we make it cost-effective and straightforward to grow your team.
