Recruitment Sales Team Leader
Salary £35,041 plus annual team bonus and pay award pending
We’re looking for a hands‑on Recruitment Sales Team Leader who can drive business development, grow client relationships, and develop a team of three consultants. You will lead from the front, open new doors, and coach your team to deliver exceptional results.
The role
- Driving new business through proactive outreach, client meetings, and sales planning
- Leading a team of three consultants, coaching, motivating, and developing their performance
- Working your own desk while setting the standard for activity and quality
- Growing key accounts and ensuring exceptional client service
- Setting and managing KPIs to ensure consistent performance
- Collaborating with senior leadership on strategy, forecasting, and market development
Skills required
- Proven experience in recruitment or a strong background in B2B sales leadership
- A track record of winning new business and building long‑term client relationships
- Experience of coaching and supervising others
- Someone who thrives in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment
- A leader who can balance achieving sales with team development
- Commercially sharp, resilient, and motivated by growth

We offer
