£330 bonus offer
You’ll earn a £330 bonus when you secure a job through Proud to Care and complete four shifts (not including shadow shifts) within eight weeks. 


Refer a friend
Know a mate who might be interested too? Refer a friend to join you on the Proud to Care scheme and you’ll receive £40 for doing just that.

Funded childcare
Childcare costs an issue? After receiving a job offer, you’ll be able to select a childcare setting of your choice (must be Ofsted registered) and have your childcare paid.


Wheels 2 Work
No transport? No problem. You can apply for an electric moped or ebike once you qualify. We’ll cover the start up fee and required training.

Introduction to Care course

Our free Introduction to Care course is delivered over seven days and will equip you with the skills necessary to secure a job in the care sector.

The training includes:

  • The Introduction to Care Act
  • Safeguarding awareness
  • Medication training
  • Dementia awareness

and more! The Introduction to Care course also provides you with the chance to shadow experienced care workers to put what you’ve learnt into practice, helping to build your confidence.
