Job Opportunity: Account Manager
We are recruiting on behalf of a highly acclaimed and well-established brand delivery agency specializing in all areas of packaging production. With multiple global sites, they have built a stellar reputation in the industry. We are seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Louth.
Role Description:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, maintaining brand consistency on packaging, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and the print supply chain.
- Produce accurate work documentation to ensure a "right-first-time" production approach.
- Meet or exceed client expectations through exceptional service delivery.
- Measure performance levels and conduct regular reviews.
- Verify invoicing data for accuracy to enable timely payments.
- Participate in print feasibility assessments, artwork, and reprographics.
- Evaluate and manage color control in collaboration with the supply chain.
- Drive the development and growth of services provided, fostering strong client and supplier relationships.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Proven experience in client relationship management.
- Strong project management skills, including problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Collaborative mindset to work with both internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in packaging and print processes for FMCG products is highly desirable.
