Care Sector Workers

Proud to Care are seeking to appoint Care Workers in Scunthorpe. We have full time and part time positions available. All Applicants must reside within North Lincolnshire. 

Positions available with providers generally require the individual to be able to transport themselves across, so driving is desirable, however walking rounds may be available although limited.

The rate of pay varies with providers dependent on shifts and responsibility, starting at £10.42ph + mileage rates and other benefits.

We are hiring for multiple roles in the care sector aimed at looking after vulnerable adults in their own homes, including

• Personal care
• Household chores. Preparing and cooking meals. Providing companionship
• Provide assistance with physical and emotional support of service users, maximising independence and assisting in empowering them to set and achieve personal goals.
• Administer and log medication
• Personal care
• Assisting with medications,
• Shopping for service users
• Ensuring all their needs are met as outlined in their own personal care plan.

Please note as these roles are working providing one to one care, a DBS check will be required to undertake any of these roles in line with safeguarding.
