On behalf of our client who are one the UK's largest manufacturers of flexible packaging, we are currently seeking a Sales Office Coordinator to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting into the Customer Services Manager, you will ensure the smooth day to day running of internal customer accounts, account liaison, and building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers. Ideally, you will have a background in a Sales Coordinator role or similar, with excellent attention to detail. Having your own, reliable transport to get to work is essential. 

As a Sales Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
• Processing customer sales orders and following through to completion
• Managing stocks, customer forecasts, and call offs
• Building excellent relationships with key contacts
• Dealing with on-site visits as and when required
• Coordinating timely delivery of customer orders
• First point of contact on complaints, invoice queries, and specifications
• All other administrative duties as requested by the customer and management
• Support on reception as required
