Job Opportunity: SMSTS Site Manager 

Location: Elgin, Scotland (Site-Based)

Start Date: 9th June 2025

Assignment Length: 11 - 12 Weeks

Salary: Equivalent to £45,000 per annum, pro rata for a 3-month contract

Hours: Monday to Friday (Potential for Weekend Work Dependent on Program)

We have a fantastic short-term opportunity with a leading construction and specialist coatings contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality work across the UK.

About the Role:

As Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day site operations on a specialist car park resin coating project. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing quality and compliance of resin flooring installations 
• Liaising with client representatives and ensuring satisfaction
• Communicating progress and site updates to the senior leadership team
• Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
• Supporting a smooth delivery of the program in line with tight deadlines

Flooring experience is highly desirable, especially in resin or screed-based systems. The role is site-based and will predominantly run Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend work based on program demands.

Essential Requirements:

• SMSTS Certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – Must Have
• Proven experience in site management within construction or specialist coatings
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
