As our Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment operations, inspiring your team, smashing targets, and making a real difference in people’s lives.

You will:

• Lead and motivate the recruitment team to exceed sales and placement goals
• Build strong relationships with employers through networking and marketing
• Drive new business growth while nurturing existing clients
• Collaborate with Ongo Communities to support life-changing initiatives
• Thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment where your ideas matter

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales success and a results-driven mindset
• Experience leading teams and managing projects/contracts
• Top-notch communication and negotiation skills
• A cool head under pressure and a love for responsibility
• At least 2 years in a sales-focused recruitment role
