About this role

We are currently recruiting an Order Processor Apprentices for a client based in Scunthorpe.

The right candidate will be joining their Sales team and will learn all the aspects of sales and manufacture.

The role is working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (where applicable) with a 30-minute Lunch break and 15 Minute Tea Break. You will be studying towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification and the course is expected to last 21 months including the end point assessment.

The role offers a salary of £5.28 per hour so offers the opportunity to earn whilst you learn. The wage will increase to NMW following the initial 12 months for aged 19 or over.

Purpose of Job

Order Processor is responsible for receiving and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure orders are entered onto the company's system in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly.
Liaise closely with the warehouse, customer service and sales teams to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled.
Ensure that any queries are resolved efficiently and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, excellent communication, and customer service skills, and be able to work successfully in a busy working environment. They must have a good understanding of the company's systems and processes and be comfortable working with both customers and colleagues.
